How it’s counted
A flip is a single-family house bought, renovated and resold within 24 months; these resold Jan 2025 to Oct 2026. Each figure is the median of the area’s flips, so half were above it and half below. The spread is resale less purchase, before rehab, holding and selling costs: not a profit. Areas are ranked by their number of flips; one with fewer than ten is marked “few sales” and never leads. Orlando's total also counts the flips outside the areas ranked here.
From county property and sales records and city permit records, refreshed every week. No address or owner is on this page.

How are the areas ranked?
By the number of houses bought, renovated and resold within 24 months. The spread is resale less purchase, before any cost: not a profit.
