Privacy, briefly.
We collect only what running your seat takes, we never sell personal information, and everything we know about property owners comes from public records.

01What we collect about members
- Account. Your email address, and your name and company if you give them.
- Your plan and buy box. Your areas, plan, and the settings you choose, such as price range, rehab rate and profit target.
- Billing. Stripe collects your card and billing address. We keep your plan, payment status and receipts, never your card number.
- Sign-in. We email you a single-use link that expires after 20 minutes. There are no passwords.
- Messages. Anything you send through our forms or to hello@terrazzo.homes.
- Logs. Our host records IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, which we use for security and fixing faults.
02What we collect about property owners
The Short List is built from public records: the county property roll, city permits, code-enforcement cases, official records such as lis pendens and tax-deed sales, and public aerial imagery. From these we show an owner’s name and mailing address as the county publishes them.
We don’t collect owners’ phone numbers, emails, credit or anything that isn’t public record, and we share owner data only with members, under the Terms. Owners can take their home off the list at terrazzo.homes/owners; we use the email address given there only to handle that request. If your address is exempt from public disclosure under Florida law (F.S. 119.071), tell us and we’ll remove it.

Each works only on our instructions. Our database and site are hosted in the United States.
04What we never do
We don’t sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and we use no advertising or analytics trackers. Terrazzo isn’t a consumer reporting agency: no one may use our data to decide on credit, insurance, employment or housing.
05Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, for up to 30 days.
06How long we keep it
- Member data: while your plan is active, then as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask and we’ll delete the rest.
- Owner data: refreshed every week. We keep past Short Lists so we can measure how well the list performs.
- Sign-in links: cleared out after they expire.
07Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest in our database, and only the people who run Terrazzo can reach it. Card data stays with Stripe. If a breach affects your personal information, we’ll tell you as Florida law requires (F.S. 501.171).
08Your choices
- See, fix or delete your data: email hello@terrazzo.homes.
- Email: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. The Short List stops when your plan ends.
- Owners: take a home off the list at terrazzo.homes/owners.
09Children
Terrazzo is not for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect children’s information.
