For homeowners.
Terrazzo is a private weekly publication for real estate investors in Broward County. If your home is in it and you’d rather it weren’t, ask. We’ll take it out and keep it out.
Remove a home from the Short List
It takes a minute. The home comes off the Short List and out of every deal sheet at once, and we email you a confirmation.
What a deal sheet shows
- Facts about the home: size, age, permits, past sales and flood zone.
- The owner’s name and mailing address, as the county tax roll lists them.
- Our estimates of what a rehab would cost and what the home might sell for after it.
What it never does
- Show a phone number or an email address for any owner.
- Contact you. We never contact owners, and no one calls or writes on our behalf. The only email you’d get from us is the confirmation of a removal you asked for.
- List, market or sell your home, or take any part in a sale.
01Protected records
If your record is exempt from disclosure under Florida law (F.S. 119.071(4)(d)), for example as a law enforcement officer, judge or other protected official, your home is left out entirely. You don’t need to ask.
02If someone says we sent them
We didn’t. Investors who read the Short List act on their own, and our terms forbid them to say otherwise. Tell us at hello@terrazzo.homes.
